Web self-care and a phone system independent IVR enable customers to view and manage their accounts without having to contact a customer-service representative. Interim billing and hotbilling are tools to speed revenues for postpaid accounts.  Three-click change forms simplify multi-step processes, online rerating, two-click adjustments (while viewing bill), fraud credits, are all developed expressly for efficiencies in customer care. Integrated switch interfaces automate provisioning and trouble management. Custom Service Contracts/Agreements are instantly printable from our POS OE and CRM modules, and can be faxed and emailed from with the application, saving preprinting costs and lead-time. Integrated trouble ticketing and technician service scheduling and management is online.
